Restorative Dentistry:
We offer treatment options where in already initiated dental disease is managed. There may be a particular dental ailment which brings you to our office which would most certainly be taken care of immediately but, besides that there may be some asymptomatic dental problems which have not yet been a cause of concern for you, but are in their latent progressing stages. Though these problems may not be causing you any immediate discomfort but they are potential sources of discomfort and increased expense at a later stage. If you wish to delay treating them for some reason, the most important fact is that it would sacrifice a greater amount of natural tooth structure to treat them the later it gets, and that would be the last thing you or your dentist will be willing to appreciate.
A complete treatment plan for you will be formulated and discussed with you. With your consent and with the dentist's professional judgement the treatment will be performed depending upon the priority, need of treatment, your availability and also the cost factor. Dental fillings. Any decay that has occurred in a tooth has to be removed and a suitable restorative material restores the cavity thus created. The choice of the material based upon strong clinical judgment and the patient's individual needs and desire. Root Canal Treatment (RCT) If your tooth's nerve chamber (pulp) becomes infected by decay, root canal treatment is often the only way to save your tooth. Once the infection reaches the pulp, other than Root Canal Treatment, extraction may be the only alternative.

Extractions (Tooth Removal): Some teeth are extracted because they are severely decayed, others may have advanced periodontal disease ("gum disease"), or else have broken in a fashion which cannot be repaired. Other teeth may need removal because they are poorly positioned in the mouth. You should discuss with your dentist and if extraction is the only option you should not hesitate to get the concerned tooth removed which if left behind can be a potential source of infection and problems thereon.
